1. Strategic Planning and Business Development : This involved analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and formulating strategies to increase sales and profitability. He was responsible for setting financial targets, monitoring performance.

Operations Management: overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business which included managing inventory levels, ensuring efficient supply chain management, and optimizing store layouts to enhance customer experience. He was also responsible for establishing and maintaining operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of all retail activities.
3. Team Leadership and Development: leading and managing a team of 20 business managers/ area managers which involved their recruiting, training, and performance mapping.
4. Sales and Marketing: included analyzing market trends, identifying target customer segments, and developing marketing campaigns to ensure business growth.
